Inquiry into Radiation project (IiR) Atom Invaders

Welcome to the Atom Invaders Simulator.

This simulator was created to help you visualize the interaction of nuclear radiation with atoms and molecules. 

To use the simulator you may have to install the Unity web player which will take just a few moments.

The simulator starts out in Atom view. When an atom shows up, you can shoot at it. To read an atom's stats, point at it and click the S key.

• Select the projectile type and energy using the menus at the bottom.
• Scoot the shooter left and right with the arrow keys.
• Pressing M switches to Molecules and launches a molecule offscreen. Wait for it!
• Pressing Z will zoom in (or out) on the nucleus of the atom you are pointing at. Don't forget there still may be electrons around your atom!
